Nantucket Island EventsYou have always envisioned planning your own event. You are familiar with the island and the thought of a “party planner” never crossed your mind. You have come to realize that due to career commitments and other obligations that the time needed to coordinate all aspects of your event is far more than you have anticipated not mentioning the difficulties in travel to and from the island. Nantucket Island Events will provide all of the guidance you will need as well as tips that could save you time and money as the planning continues.

We will meet with you as often via as you deem necessary as we begin the process. You will have full access to all of our resources and vendor connections. As the date draws near we will increase those meetings to at least once a week, or more if you feel it is necessary.

Design elements and themes will be presented by our design team based upon your instruction.

We will manage your budget to insure you stay on budget. We will save you money in every possible way as we do not accept commissions or “kick backs” from our vendors. You will see every estimate and contract from each vendor. 

Budget management and vendor payments are part of the business and administrative aspects of a wedding and we will set up the payment plans and insure all of the vendors are paid on time and confirmed.

We will attend all the island vendor meetings with you and assist you in the development of your theme... Welcome dinners, Clambakes on the beach, Goodbye Brunches – the list can be endless…..
